Democracy Day

Year 6 children prepared speeches, expressing their interest in becoming House Captains. The children all visited our 'Polling Station' to anonymously cast their votes and the results were announced by Mrs Lawrenson.

Also, as part of our Democracy day, each class held School Council elections where children prepared speeches and performed them to their peers. The children again voted anonymously. 

Congratulations to all of our newly elected school leaders. What great role models you will be to the rest of Bleak Hill.
