Playgroup

Hello!

I'm Helen, a mum of 2 boys (Aged 11 and 7) and a former Early Years Teacher with over 20 years of experience in the classroom. After running my own Messy Play and craft groups, I now work as a Learning Assistant at Bleak Hill. I am delighted to be organising the new stay and play group.

Playgroups were one of my favourite times when my boys were little. They loved to play and make new friends whilst I got to chat with grown-ups and even have a hot drink! 

The group will have a relaxed, welcoming ethos with a variety of play areas for the children to explore freely. After a tidy-up and a snack (and hot drinks for the grown-ups), we’ll end the session with some singing (please excuse my tone-deaf voice!)
