School Money - Online Booking & Payment System

Introduction of ‘SchoolMoney’ Online Booking & Payment System

We are delighted to inform you that, following many requests from parents, and in order to improve efficiency and security within school, we have now obtained Local Authority permission to introduce an online booking and payment system at Bleak Hill.  The new system is called SchoolMoney.  From September, we will move towards a cashless office, gradually migrating all our services and events over to the new system with the aim of being cashless by October half term.  By then, any items which require a payment eg extra-curricular clubs, school trips, badges, toast etc will be offered to you via School Money.  This means that you will now have the facility to make payments for school expenses online with your debit or credit card. 

This new payment system will benefit both us as a school and you as a parent.  Not only will you be able to pay for items from the comfort of your own home but you will also be able to access your account at any time to see if there is anything you need to book/pay for.  

You won’t need to sign up to this system as this is done automatically, provided that you have given us your up to date contact details.  We will send you a password by email during the first week in September.  This password will give you access to your SchoolMoney ​account where you can pay for any items you have booked/we have requested from you. 

To log into ​SchoolMoney​, visit the website  and click on the sign in button in the top right-hand corner.  In the drop down, select the ​SchoolMoney Parent Login option and this will send you through to a page where you need to enter your mobile number, email address, the password we have sent to you, and your child’s first name.  If you have more than one child in school, you will receive a password for each child.  However, if you sign into one, all your children will be available within your account and you will be able to book or pay for any items available for any of your children, rather than logging in separately.

If for any reason you have difficulty logging in, it may be because you have not provided us with the correct contact details.  Please let us know immediately if either your mobile number or email address changes.

The first items to move to the new system will be Breakfast and After School Club bookings/ payments and toast.  If you are registered with the Breakfast & After School Clubs, the updated terms and conditions will provide more detail and these will be available shortly.  A separate letter regarding toast will be issued this week.
