YR5 - 150 Celebrations - 17th July 2018

Lesson: Learning Outside the Classroom

Class: Year 5 Year: 2017 - 2018

YR5 are celebrating the 150th anniversary of St.Helens by decorating glass jars in a variery of bright colours, and filling them with their hopes & dreams for the future.

The idea came about due to the towns reputation for producing glass & the iconic 'Dream' sculpture that is housed in Sutton.

The children have had a wonderful time working on this project, and have particularly enjoyed singing 'A Million Dreams' from The Greatest Showman' whilst they were designing their jars.

Great work - may all your dreams come true!
